ERP Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for aligning ERP solutions with business requirements and workflows.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Deploy new ERP systems, conduct user training, and develop implementation plans.
  • Validate system configurations through proof-of-concepts and pilots.
  • Migrate data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
  • Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, customizing systems for new requirements.
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with Functional Consultants and IT Executives to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in Dynamics BC implementation and support is essential.
  • Knowledge of MS Power BI is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to create professional reports and documentation.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
