We are seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Developer to enhance our platform and streamline IT operations.

  • About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). They will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to efficiently manage IT assets.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing ITOM (Discovery and Service Mapping) and ITAM (Software Asset Management & Hardware Asset Management) solutions

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of ITOM and ITAM processes and best practices
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • Strong expertise in scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, and CIS-SAM certifications
