Job Title: Subterranean Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, planning and coordinating tunnel projects from start to finish. This involves preparing work breakdowns, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Tunnel Manager
  • Daily site activities planning, preparation of work breakdowns, site coordination, and monitoring progress
  • Preparation of method statements, safe work procedures, risk registers, tunnel progress reports, and other documentation
  • Guiding supervisors on construction works and ensuring timely progress
  • Collaboration with subcontractors to ensure project progress and timely work arrangements
  • Planning, monitoring, and tracking site progress, manpower mobilization, and equipment deployment
  • Liaising with consultants and conducting site inspections
  • Maintaining quality standards and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require strong skills in excavation, Microsoft Office, water management, construction, quality control, risk assessment, BIM, job descriptions, assurance, safety analysis, tunnels, tunnelling, civil engineering, ground improvement, and tunneling.
