
Key Customer Service Position Available

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Main Responsibilities:
Administer customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring accurate generation and recording using SAP software.
Manage subcontract work with overseas facilities, maintaining effective communication with customers and vendors.
Collaborate with other support functions to ensure seamless order management.
Provide administrative support for reports and presentation material to internal and external customers.
Fulfill contractual commitments, including authorization and processing of exchange units.
Promptly respond to customers on price, capability, and delivery enquiries.
Identify and resolve technical and commercial issues, such as over/under deliveries, invoice queries, and part number verification.
Execute business improvements and process enhancements.
Participate in Daily Function Tier 2 meetings.
Manage and maintain set margins for assigned Value Streams.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of related experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation industry.
Sales forecast and business planning skills.
Good influencing and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Sound project management skills.
Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics.
