Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to ensure the timely and accurate processing of policy payments and commissions. This involves adhering to established procedures and deadlines, reviewing commission and referral reports, preparing journal entries, and posting them to the general ledger (Oracle).

The successful candidate will investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank and balance sheet reconciliations, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution, and maintain accurate fund balances. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with internal control policies and regulatory standards, safeguarding the organization's financial assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Preferably with insurance background
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
