Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our backend support team. In this role, you will analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, manage tax and accounting operations, and provide administrative support for HR tasks.

  • Manage tax and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinate fund operations, including transactions and reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support for HR tasks, including employee onboarding and benefits administration
RequirementsExperience and Education

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
