Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Client Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients worldwide, working closely with a diverse range of experts and clients to understand their unique business needs and provide actionable insights.

This role involves researching industries relevant to client project requests, recruiting elite subject matter experts into our network, and connecting advisors with clients. As the successful candidate grows in their career, they will gain exposure to more complex project and client relationship management roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze client research requests to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics
  • Utilize phone, LinkedIn, and outreach to recruit new advisors to join our network by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for specific projects
  • Screen experts for suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration
  • Operate with a teamwork mentality to build and maintain strong relationships with other employees, offices, and advisors
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English
  • A bachelor's degree and strong academic record, preferably in healthcare
  • An outgoing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
