Data Science Leader

Advance Analytics and AI Initiatives Manager

Our company is seeking a seasoned data science leader to spearhead advanced analytics and AI initiatives that drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop, deploy, and manage AI/ML models for forecasting and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with IT and leadership teams to design data-driven solutions.
  • Lead the analysis of large datasets to identify trends and provide strategic insights.
  • Ensure data governance and quality, maintaining integrity and compliance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, including external vendors.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and embed best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years' experience in data science/analytics with leadership exposure.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Power BI, and ML frameworks.
  • Experience in MLOps, ETL, and API concepts.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
