Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering quality care to residents and oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of the Home.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the work assignments of the nursing and caregiving team to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Ensure the safe storage, packing, and administration of medication in compliance with safety standards.
  • Support the implementation of policies and practices to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.
