  5. Working closely with the Line Direction to develop new services and improve existing ones
  6. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cargo flow and service quality
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and making recommendations to management accordingly
  8. Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve excellent results in their roles
  9. Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
  10. Managing team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching
  11. Contributing to the development of company policies and procedures
  12. Representing the company in external meetings and events
  13. Taking ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, transportation, supply chain management)
  • At least 5 years of experience in cargo shipping or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other IT tools
