We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist - KYC Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting scheduled and unscheduled KYC reviews across various client risk classes. This will involve monitoring and tracking KYC records to ensure timely updates with no past-due cases. You will also perform client identification, verification, and screening, including PEP/SPF and sanctions checks.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough reviews of client information and documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and track KYC records to prevent any past-due cases.
- Verify client identities using internal systems and third-party sources.
- Screen clients against watch lists and other relevant databases.
- Escalate any suspicious activity promptly for further review.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Additionally, you should have at least 5-8 years of experience in KYC, AML, due diligence, or banking operations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
