Job Description:

The Regional Sustainability Manager will oversee the development and implementation of projects aligned to client environmental sustainability management program and compliance reporting for Industrial and commercial facilities in APAC.

Responsibilities include serving as single point of execution and escalation, advising on waste and resource variance reporting and tracking, and facilitating partnerships with stakeholders to promote waste reduction practices.

Key responsibilities also include driving operational improvements through identification and implementation of opportunities to improve environmental sustainability performance from a building-level perspective, conducting regular environmental assessments to optimize energy, water, and waste performance for no/low-cost projects and initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a strong background in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related field, with a minimum 5-year industry experience, ideally in environmental sustainability in industrial built environment.

Candidates must have a proven track record of reviewing and refining technical and commercial aspects of sustainability initiatives, as well as improving systems and processes to deliver best-practice sustainability performance.

A university qualification in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related field is essential, along with strong project planning and environmental management skills, with ability to deliver outcomes, prioritize, and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.

Strong leadership attributes are also required, including thinking strategically, driving change, helping others, getting it done, being business first, inspiring others, and simplifying complex problems.
