About This Opportunity

You will join our team as a skilled educator, working closely with staff to deliver exceptional services. As a professional teacher, you will instruct quality lessons on playing musical instruments to students of all ages in our music academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create personalized lesson plans tailored to individual pupils' needs and examination requirements (Trinity College of London Rock & Pop, Rockschool, etc).
  • Instruct music theory, aural skills, and practical techniques to students.
  • Evaluate students' abilities, provide feedback to parents, ensuring good progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of examination demands.
  • Manage your own lesson schedule, confirming details with the academy administrator for accurate information and timely payments.
  • Forward feedback and complaints to the Music Academy Director, Store Branch Manager, and Academy Administrator to resolve issues and ensure student satisfaction.

  • A strong sense of responsibility and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Motivate others and enthusiasm in sharing knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for teamwork and parental interactions.
  • Patient with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • Ability to use Google Drive applications.
  • Relevant music qualifications and teaching experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
