Performance Insights Manager Role

We are seeking a talented Performance Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and defining performance measurement metrics aligned with business goals and operational needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop interactive dashboards that present performance data in a clear, accurate, and user-friendly manner. Your goal will be to ensure that these dashboards are not just data displays but tools for decision-making and performance accountability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and business processes. You will be able to communicate insights clearly, both written and oral, to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and define performance measurement metrics aligned with business goals and operational needs.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards that present performance data in a clear, accurate, and user-friendly manner.
  • Ensure dashboards are not just data displays but tools for decision-making and performance accountability.
  • Establish data linkages between multiple dashboards, enabling real-time data flow and integration into an overarching control tower view that provides end-to-end performance visibility across departments.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Science or Computer Science.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and business processes.
  • Experience in developing data solutions based on established patterns and best practices for database integration with Power Platform stack (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query).
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
  • Able to communicate insights clearly, written and oral to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly motivated, structured and methodical with high degree of initiative.
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
