About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Paid Search Specialist to join our Acquisition & Media team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of conversion-focused campaigns, particularly on Google platforms.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a proven track record of scaling paid search campaigns efficiently, and lives and breathes performance marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing high-performance Google ad campaigns, aligned with business goals across APAC and ME markets.

  • Own and execute high-performance Google ad campaigns, focusing on conversions, app campaigns, and ROAS.
  • Develop full-funnel paid search strategies, ensuring seamless customer journeys and tracking.
  • Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives based on performance insights.
  • Build structured experiment roadmaps, run A/B tests, and drive innovation across targeting, formats, and bidding.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze performance and drive actionable insights.
What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 7-10+ years of experience running performance-driven paid search campaigns, especially on Google.
  • A strong analytical mindset, fluent in campaign analysis, attribution, and incrementality concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, with bonus points for SQL, Looker, or other BI tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, paired with strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, proactive, resourceful, and able to make things happen without waiting to be told.
  • Clear understanding of conversion metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, etc.
  • Passion for testing, learning, and driving performance through structured experimentation.
