Job Opportunity: Construction Site Director

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our construction site team. As a Project Site Lead, you will oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Oversight of project planning, scheduling, and budget management is not included in this job description. However, other responsibilities include managing daily site activities, supervising subcontractors, inspecting work progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and good construction practices, maintaining accurate records of site activities and inspections.
  • Participate in environmental health and safety programs to promote a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
