Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Risk and Controls Reporting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized risk and controls reporting processes to ensure sound and reliable information is available across the organization.

You will provide data analysis, governance, and end-to-end management and oversight for our Governance Committees, ensuring adherence to our policies, standards, and procedures. Your goal will be to proactively manage the risk and control environment through comprehensive reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of standardized risk and controls reporting to ensure sound and reliable information exists across the organization.
  • Provide data analysis, governance, and end-to-end management and oversight for Governance Committees.
  • Enable proactive management of the risk and control environment through comprehensive reporting and analysis.
  • Support identification of potential areas of vulnerability to key stakeholders.
  • Regularly review and update risk and controls reporting standards and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
  • Strong knowledge in the development and execution of controls.
  • Proven experience in control-related functions in the financial industry.
  • Proven experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes.
  • Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices.
  • Understanding of our Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
