Our client, a leading financial services firm is looking to hire a Control and Reporting Specialist **.
**Reporting and Controls**:

- **Liaison with Local FD/FCs**:Collaborate closely with Local Finance Directors/Controllers to understand and address project roll-out requirements and deliverables.
- **Reporting Coordination**:Efficiently coordinate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Risk Assessment Management**:Facilitate the attestations and sign-off process for Half-yearly Riskonnect Risk Assessment.
- **Risk Remediation Planning**:Lead the coordination efforts for the implementation of the Risk Remediation Action Plan across the Asia Pacific region.
- **Cash Reporting Project Support**:Actively assist in the roll-out of the Cash Reporting Project (Bottomline), ensuring successful integration and compliance.
- **Risk Project Roll-out**:Contribute to the smooth roll-out of various risk projects, providing valuable support and expertise.
- **RMS Control Review**:Engage in the comprehensive review of RMS Control (Risk Management Standards), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- **Risk Event Escalation**:Identify, escalate, and provide enrichment on risk events related to Finance functions for all entities in the Asia Pacific region.
- **Risk Metrics Reporting**:Take charge of coordinating and updating Risk metrics reporting specifically related to Finance across all Asia Pacific entities.
- **Risk System Roll-out**:Actively participate in the roll-out of any Risk system pertaining to Risk metric reporting.
- **Process Improvement**:Proactively identify, recommend, and implement measures to enhance workflow and internal control processes.
- **Compliance Assurance**:Ensure strict adherence to financial controls and risk control procedures at all times.
