Chemistry Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chemistry Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students of varying abilities, creating an engaging learning experience that inspires and motivates students to excel.

  • Deliver 1-to-1 online/offline lessons tailored to individual student needs
  • Conduct group online/offline classes, fostering a collaborative learning environment
  • Create dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence in chemistry
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support
  • Develop and deliver interactive lessons that facilitate active learning experiences
  • Communicate clear objectives and expectations to students, promoting a culture of academic rigor
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • A good Diploma/Degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with government schools syllabus, O/A Level, IGCSE or IB programme
  • Passion for teaching and inspiring teenagers to develop a love for chemistry
  • High level of professional integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, embracing feedback and new challenges
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage ambiguity well under tight deadlines
  • Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in learning new educational tools and software, where necessary
  • Availability to work on evenings and weekends as required
