Senior Compliance Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Compliance Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing our compliance program, ensuring adherence to local regulations and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably with fintech background and experience dealing with products. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders are essential.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Serving as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, managing inquiries, reporting, and examinations.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the compliance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing systems to track and monitor regulatory risks and compliance.
  • Educating internal teams on regulatory requirements and empowering them to build risk-based processes.
  • Scrutinizing and testing compliance programs, providing constructive feedback and driving resolutions.
