Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Quality Assurance Lead to drive efficiency and excellence across our digital initiatives.

  • Establish overarching strategies for DevOps and Digital Quality Assurance, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Develop common business-specific quality measurement frameworks, create metrics, reports, and dashboards to track improvement, and report on quality-related outcomes to leadership.
  • Consult on and implement strategies to improve test efficiency and reduce test cycle time through standardized test cases, data, automation, and code/test coverage analysis.
  • Provide expert guidance to the test team on designing and implementing testing tasks.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor the team to meet performance targets, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in DevOps and/or Quality Assurance, with a significant portion in a leadership or lead role on large-scale projects.
  • Strong practical knowledge of software testing concepts, quality standards and procedures, and relevant DevOps tools and practices.
  • Proficiency in various SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and process management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
