
Healthcare Service Improvement Specialist

- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness.
- Enhance quality initiatives including updating patient education materials.
- Work with IT teams to integrate automation and digital tools for better patient engagement.
- Engage clinical, nursing, pharmacy, and administrative teams to drive service transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Public Health, or a related field. A Master's degree is an asset.
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare service improvement, operations, or project management.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
