We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at National University Health System Pte. Ltd.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and the public, handling general enquiries, appointment scheduling requests, and other administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Understand caller's needs and provide timely, accurate, and appropriate information and assistance to address their enquiries.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book or reschedule appointments based on caller's request.
  • Administrative Functions: Handle emails, referral requests, emergency activation, and coordinate with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in any discipline (Fresh graduates welcomed).
  • Experience: Preferably 1 to 2 years' experience in healthcare industry, contact centre environment, and/or service-related industry.
  • Language Skills: Able to communicate fluently in English and Mother Tongue.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Able to adapt to fast-paced working environment.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate and good typing skills.
  • Multitasking: Able to multi-task and work under stressful environment.
  • Availability: Willing to work on rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
