Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Model Policy Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective policy governance frameworks that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive policy frameworks that govern model behavior and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address policy gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Design and implement robust quality monitoring and enforcement mechanisms to ensure policy compliance.
  • Provide training and support to employees on policy changes and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in AI, public policy, politics, law, economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, ML governance, moderation systems, or related policy roles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex programs with global stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM systems, including labeling pipelines and CoT decision logic.
  • Persuasive communication skills to translate complex challenges into clear language.
