Medical Team Leader

You will be a critical part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services in remote or austere environments.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled medical professional to lead our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in managing teams and providing clinical care in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in various settings, including the field, at sea, and in the medical centre.
  • Pre-enrolment Screening: Conduct thorough assessments to ensure participants' safety before joining activities.
  • Training and Development: Deliver wilderness medicine courses to operational staff and regional partners.

Requirements:

  • Singapore Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board registration.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in acute hospitals, with pre-hospital or emergency care experience advantageous.
  • Ability to review and optimise complex operational processes.
  • Experience in leading and/or mentoring small teams.
  • Strong writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.
