Job Title:
Visual Merchandising Strategist

About the Role:
A dynamic and innovative Visual Merchandising Strategist is sought after to lead in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually appealing store displays, window displays, and in-store presentations that showcase our products in their best light.

The ideal candidate should possess creative problem-solving skills, have a keen eye for detail and talent for visual storytelling. You must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and share knowledge with the team.
  • Manage and maintain all visual elements within stores including window displays, in-store displays and product signage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
