Retail Display Specialist

Job Description:

This role is pivotal in driving sales and enhancing customer experience through strategic product placement and display management.

The Retail Display Specialist will be responsible for fostering effective relationships with store managers and staff, gathering valuable feedback to inform product strategies.

Key Responsibilities include ensuring products are well-displayed and adequately stocked, managing stock rotation, and removing near-expired items according to FIFO practices.

The Specialist will also monitor and report on competitor activities and pricing, effectively communicate operational issues with superiors, and secure additional free display space for products.

Additionally, they will assist with event setup, tear down, and support, as well as ensure correct display of price tags and set up promotional materials for each promotional cycle.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid motorbike license.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, outgoing nature, and cheerful disposition, comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Be meticulous with product displays and stock levels, ensuring accurate promotional setups.
  • Possess efficient multitasking skills, planning and executing events and displays.
  • Gather and interpret feedback, monitoring competitors' activities.
  • Proactively resolve display and stock issues, handle unexpected challenges.
  • Perform demanding tasks, able to stand for extended periods and lift items.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, adaptable to changing tasks.
