We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to act as a finance business partner. This role will involve close collaboration with business leaders and finance teams across various regions in the Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, process enhancements, system integration, and comprehensive financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hub finance and business units to provide insights for management reports. Lead initiatives for cost efficiency and manage communications regarding debt recovery.
- Offer financial guidance to business units, focusing on financial and risk management strategies.
- Assist in identifying avenues for cost reduction and operational improvements.
Financial Planning and Reporting
- Develop annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecasts in partnership with business leaders and P&L owners.
- Generate management reports and conduct variance analysis on a regular basis.
- Review financial outcomes with the Finance Director consistently.
- Ensure the accuracy of data in the BI Dashboard and collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new financial systems.
- Collaborate with business teams for annual pricing reviews and other assessments.
- Work alongside Hub finance to address accounting standards and policy-related issues.
