About the Role
Program Coordinator

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering programs and events that transform urban spaces into thriving green hubs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can effectively manage multiple projects, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and deliver engaging experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute programs from concept to completion, ensuring seamless logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and post-event evaluation.
  • Develop and deliver engaging programs that cater to various audiences, including students, educators, corporates, and the public.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, vendors, and sponsors to align on objectives and ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage event/program marketing and publicity (in collaboration with the marketing team).
  • Oversee on-site operations: setup, registration, participant engagement, and troubleshooting.
  • Track KPIs, collect feedback, and prepare post-program reports.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and health regulations in all program delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in event planning, program coordination, or related fields (community, education, or sustainability preferred).
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable engaging with groups of all ages.
  • Outgoing, adaptable, and able to deliver programs hands-on.
  • Team player with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work outdoors and in dynamic environments.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
