IT Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT procurement specialist to join our team. As an IT procurement specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring the right technology solutions to meet business needs. Your primary focus will be on purchasing hardware, software, and services from various vendors.

Your duties will include developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to identify and prioritize technology requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in a relevant field, at least 1 year of procurement experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Able to start immediately or within short notice is preferred, but not necessary. Proficiency in NAVision is a plus, as well as knowledge of supply chain management and contract law.
