We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in the culinary world. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, managing menu development, and ensuring high-quality food production.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field; 5+ years of experience in senior chef roles
- Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability practices
