Job Title: Centre Director

The Centre Director plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organisation. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to drive operational and programme excellence, while ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

  • Manage manpower resources by leading the design of initiatives to establish a culture of collaboration within the Centre.
  • Review Centre operations and develop preventive and pre-emptive strategies for challenges faced by team leaders within the Centre.
  • Drive programmes and service excellence initiatives by leading the Centre to develop strategic priorities, culture and governance.
  • Plan and implement curriculum and programmes that align with children's engagement strategies in accordance with Centre policies.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships by inculcating a culture of collaboration within the Centre.
  • Uplift professional practice by establishing plans and structures to engender a culture of mentoring within the Cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans and structures to foster a culture of care and trust within the Centre.
  • Manage and enhance Centre operations while adhering to industry regulations.
  • Drive operational and programme excellence by developing strong processes in strategic areas such as governance, partnerships, continuous development, curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Develop frameworks for sustained collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Model professionalism when collaborating with families and community stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education & Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent recognised by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing Pre-school Centres.
  • Supervisory experience with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
