We are looking for an experienced Structural Precast Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and production of precast segments, ensuring high-quality construction procedures and safe work practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering or Construction, with at least 5 years of experience in the precasting industry. You should be familiar with the balanced cantilever method and have a good understanding of geometry control.

We require applicants who possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication and project management skills are also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce precast segments, ensuring compliance with construction procedures and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants, precasters, launching specialists, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Study segment details, post-tensioning schemes, and propose engineering solutions to optimize production and construction processes.
  • Review and manage shop drawings, monitoring submission and production status to maintain continuity of works.

Required Skills:

  • Civil Engineering or Construction degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in precasting box/crosshead segments
  • Experience with 3D AutoCad software
  • Strong knowledge of geometry control and balanced cantilever method
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
