MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the migration of legacy applications to a new regionalized vendor product as part of our client's mid-term Payments Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team across multiple geographies, working with onshore and offshore stakeholders, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of this high-impact project.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Lead End-to-End Project Management**: Develop and execute a detailed project plan, tracking milestones and reporting on progress.
  • **Project Scope, Schedule, and Budget Management**: Ensure alignment with business objectives and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • **Stakeholder Coordination**: Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across geographies to ensure successful delivery.
  • **Vendor and Resource Management**: Oversee external vendors and manage internal resource allocation.
  • **Risk Management**: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while managing risks.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of project management experience with a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
  • PMP or equivalent certification; knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience with large-scale global projects, cross-geography teams, and corporate banking implementations.
  • Domain knowledge in Cash Payments, Virtual Payments (VAM), or Liquidity Payments is a must.
  • Experience in migrating legacy systems into new regional vendor products.
  • Strong presentation skills are essential for engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Banking/Finance, especially in the APAC region.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels and deliver high-impact solutions.

**Note:** A hard requirement for this role is that you need to be coming from the banking domain.
