
Litigation Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Litigation Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our case management system.
- Preparation and Formatting of Legal Documents
You will assist in the preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. This includes creating and editing documents using MS Office (Word/Excel) and organizing physical and digital case files.
Organizing and Maintaining Case FilesYou will organize and maintain physical and digital case files, ensuring that all necessary documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. This includes performing basic due diligence and fact-checking tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Scheduling Appointments and Managing DeadlinesYou will schedule appointments and manage deadlines, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and on track to meet their obligations. This includes tracking litigation deadlines, hearing dates, and meetings, as well as coordinating with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Providing Administrative SupportYou will provide administrative support to our lawyers, including performing general clerical tasks such as document filing, e-filing, document submission, mail, and coordination. You will also maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Diploma or Equivalent
A minimum GCE 'O' Level/Diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant experience supporting law firms or litigation departments is also essential.
Administrative ExperienceAt least 1-2 years of administrative experience supporting law firms or litigation departments is required.
MS Office ProficiencyProficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) is essential for success in this role.
Good Communication SkillsGood communication skills are required to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
Highly Organized and MeticulousA high level of organization and attention to detail is required to ensure the smooth operation of our case management system.
