Job Overview:

This role focuses on asset verification and management. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our assets.

  • Inventory checking and tallying notebook serial numbers to maintain accurate records
  • Asset tagging of notebooks to enable efficient tracking and management
  • Scheduling appointments with staff to facilitate smooth operations
  • Email notification to staff for collection, ensuring timely updates and communication
  • Providing a checklist of old replacement notebooks returned by staff to the Asset Team, supporting effective asset rotation and replacement
  • Performing other administrative duties as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team

  • Excellent teamwork and coordination skills to work effectively with staff and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite to support administrative tasks and data management
  • Strong record-keeping and data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Administrative support and scheduling expertise to manage daily operations
  • Inventory management and control skills to ensure accurate asset tracking and management
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail to maintain high-quality records
