Senior Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Professional to join our team. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Construction Equipment industry.

You will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance. Your key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners in the industry.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective project implementation and after-sales support
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in the MHE and Construction Equipment sector

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in the MHE or Construction Equipment industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the MHE or Construction Equipment industry, including products, solutions, and industry trends
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
