Service Technician Position

 

Job Description:

 

The Service Technician role involves providing technical support for material handling equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include analyzing, diagnosing, and rectifying issues on material handling equipment, performing scheduled preventive maintenances, and modifying, commissioning works.

 

Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to communicate with internal stakeholders, undertake supervisor's instructions, perform stock takes, provide support and guide new colleagues, attend trainings, and possess strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic knowledge.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic knowledge
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to speak and write English
  • Possess valid class 3/3A Singapore driving license (drive Van)
  • Possess customer service mind-set
  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automotive
  • At least 2 years' experience in the technical field such as MHE, cranes, marine equipment, industrial vehicles
  • Able to work on one's own

 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:15am - 6:00pm
