Job Title:
Part-time Cafe Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Cafe Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the cafe, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure overall safety and hygiene of café work areas, adhering to NEA standards and guidelines on food handling and storage.
- Manage internal orders for events and adapt to changing business needs as required.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Food Safety Certification
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma certification in a related field
- At least 1 year experience in operations and baking/barista roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to maintain accurate records and reports Benefits:
