**Job Title:** Senior Nurse Manager
As a Senior Nurse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing department and be responsible for ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided to all residents.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of nurses to ensure that they are providing the highest level of patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- 3+ years of experience in a nursing management role.
- Diploma or degree in Nursing or related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
