Job Description

  • ">
  • The Senior Event Coordinator will provide administrative support to the event planning and management team, handling all event-related emails, phone calls, and correspondences with internal and external parties.">
  • This role involves coordinating event enquiries, updating data entry into event management records, generating reports on events carried out, and informing relevant parties of important dates and times.">
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for booking facilities, informing technical teams of event requirements, and ensuring all booking forms and rental rates are up-to-date.">
  • Liaising with the Car Park Team for complimentary car park tickets and reservations is also a key aspect of this role.">
  • In addition, the Senior Event Coordinator will undertake other related duties as stipulated by the client.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • A Diploma or Higher Nitec in Administration or Event Administration, Media Management Mass Communication, Business Management, or equivalent, with a minimum three years of relevant working experience in event planning and management.">
  • Good computer skills and full competence in MS Office software.">
  • Good writing, interpersonal, and communication skills, service-oriented, and ability to work independently.">

Estimated Salary: SGD $40,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum
