SIPEF Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Technology Team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain leading-edge analytics systems to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights.
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency and accuracy, and develop protocols for data handling and processing.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Proficiency in cloud analytics platforms, data mining, machine learning, and AI.
  • Strong experience in developing reports and data visualizations using Python, R, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Experience in ETL, data pre-processing, data cleansing, and validation, and data modeling.
  • Relevant certifications in data science, business analytics, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Agro Tech/Retail domains.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian or French is a plus.
