Emergency Response Rider">

The role of an Emergency Response Rider is to provide timely and efficient delivery or collection of critical documents in response to emergency requests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to emergency requests by delivering or collecting critical CPV documents.
  • Ensure the safe and secure handling of documents while navigating efficiently through designated routes.
  • Provide courteous, personalized attention during pickups and deliveries.
  • Address customer queries on the spot and assist in resolving issues within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Assist clients with urgent application submissions by ensuring timely delivery of necessary documents.

Requirements

To be successful as an Emergency Response Rider, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Possess a 'O' Level or Secondary school certificate and/or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-3 years in Customers Handling role required.
  • Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of Indian dialects is essential.
