We are representing a global client in search for a motivated and experienced Rider Manager to oversee our delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Rider Recruitment and Training**:Oversee the recruitment process for riders, ensuring that new hires are effectively onboarded and trained according to company standards.
- **Performance Management**:Monitor and enhance rider performance utilizing the company’s star-rating evaluation system to ensure compliance with platform standards.
