Job Title: Outlets Director

This is a leadership position that requires strong operational skills and experience in managing multiple outlets to drive business growth.

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations of outlets to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Ensure outlets maintain consistent brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
    • Conduct regular visits and audits to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage and resolve any operational issues, emergencies, or difficult situations.
  • Financial Management:
    • Take full accountability for the profit and loss (P&L) of outlets, striving to meet or exceed financial targets.
    • Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to optimize profitability.
    • Implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer base at outlets.
    • Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and ensure accuracy.
  • People Management & Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and their teams, fostering a positive work culture.
    • Conduct regular meetings with outlet managers to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address concerns.
  • Customer Service & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by upholding service and product quality standards.
    • Develop initiatives to enhance the customer experience and build a loyal customer base.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across outlets.
