Product Engineering Career Opportunity
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment. This includes creating procedures for assembly, inspection, and testing of equipment.
Responsibilities- Setup and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment
- Create procedures for assembly, inspection, and testing of equipment
- Collaborate with the engineering team and software team to optimize system design
- Document engineering improvements for future reference
- Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 3-4 years of experience in setting up high-precision/automation equipment
- Good knowledge of electro-mechatronic systems
- Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, especially with AOI/Vision Inspection machines
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to travel overseas for field support when required
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
