Job Summary:
This role requires a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to work closely with business users to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and eliminate manual paper forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications and solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and MS SQL.
- Analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and IT management to study systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Perform software design, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain key components of the software suite using APIs.
- Implement custom solutions that leverage various applications and services.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams.
- Manage projects involving external vendors and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and excellent quality.
- Lead requirements workshops for relevant documentations delivery.
- Lead test phases, report progress, track issues, and follow-up with the development team.
- Manage change requests and risks with relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress updates to various levels within IT and across business units.
- Manage vendors and ensure quality and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant IT experience with 2 years in MS Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Experience building Office 365 solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Data Verse.
- Workflow development experience using Power Platform, Nintex, ServiceNow, Outsystems, or other third-party workflow engines.
- Well-versed with SharePoint 2016/2019, SharePoint Online architecture, features, design principles, development options, and development languages.
- Knowledge on handling large lists for setting up list and library views and querying them.
- API development experience using Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Mgmt, and creating/consuming Web API from various platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services is a plus.
- Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient with excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a changing environment, prioritize, multitask, and maintain service qualities.
- Experience interfacing between business and technical teams to gather and document requirements, estimate projects, and report progress.
