We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Karting Track Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.
As a Karting Track Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Briefing guests on track procedures and safety protocols
- Providing a safe and enjoyable experience for every guest
- Maintaining the track's appearance and functionality, reporting any concerns to the Karting Manager
- Ensuring the track area remains clean and safe at all times
- Monitoring the safety of all riders and identifying potential hazards
- Maintaining visual contact with the ride and guests
We require someone who:
- Has a passion for Go-Kart operations
- Is customer-focused and enthusiastic
- Displays initiative and creativity
- Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity
- Is willing to work flexible shifts
