We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Go-Kart Operations Associate to join our team.
- Job Description:
- Brief guests on track procedure and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the track area, reporting any concerns or issues to the Karting Manager.
- Ensure the safety of all riders by consistently checking for potential hazards and taking corrective action as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for Go-Kart operations and a strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
