About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Director, Culture to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and branding.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Manage and execute marketing events and activations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's target audience and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on strategic marketing and brand management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
